Why is there a strange smell in my mask?

Our masks are produced in a smoke free, odor free, and pet free area. The fabrics are pre-washed, dried, and ironed prior to assembly. Here are some possible reasons if you detect a smell. 1) It may be due to the dryer sheets. 2) The elastic ear loops are not prewashed and they have a distinct odor. Both of these issues can be resolve after a few washes.

Custom and personalised orders

Since our masks are handmade we do offer custom requests. Our masks fit most adult faces. However, we understand if you have special fitment requirements. Please contact us before making a purchase to see if we can accommodate your request.

We offer 5 different sizes (X-small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large). Our Mask style is pleated or accordion therefore it will expand and provide a full nose to under-chin area. Medium will fit most adult. However, if you have certain size requirements please let me know. In addition if we are out of a size for a particular pattern or print, it is because we are sold out since prints are limited editions. You can also reach out to us to double check.

Will you have more of a particular print in stock?

We purchase fabrics, prints, and designs as they become available. We also keep a very strict inventory. If a particular print is Sold Out please check back in a day or two. You can also reach out to us.

How accurate are the colors?

We now offer fabric samples for purchase. Solid Color Fabric samples are great to use for color match. Wedding, Bridal, Themed Events Parties Having a physical fabric sample in your hand is the only way to get the color or shade that you want. Even though we use a state-of-the-art photographer monitor to color match our photos to the real fabric, each monitor, smart screen, and display will show a slightly different hue. Even the ambient lighting in your room will affect the screen color as well as the physical fabric sample.

Does the mask have a nose-wire?

Our pleated style masks are very form fitting. Therefore we have discontinued the integrated nose wire. However, if you absolutely love our mask and insist that we include a nose-wire then let us know. :)
