US tariffs + DDP shipment

Good news for my US customers! I use DDP shipments - all customs duties are already prepaid for you in the delivery fee you see in the cart. No additional payments or taxes after delivery. :)

What are the conditions of return?

Due to new regulations, returns are now accepted only from the European Union countries. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, which means you have to contact me about the return within 14 days of the delivery date. Then you have 14 days to send the package back to me. Your payment will be refunded the same way you paid within 14 days after I receive your returned package (usually it's faster than that). Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

Sizing & measuring details (JEANS & PANTS)

Every item is measured while lying flat and described with care. Details of my measuring method: WAISTBAND: pants laying flat, then the front waistband is evened out with the back waistband, then measured across; doubled for full waist circumference HIPS: garment lying flat, measurement taken across at the widest point (under the fly in pants); doubled for full circumference PANTS RISE: from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband THIGH: measured at 10 cm / 4 inches down from the crotch; doubled for full thigh INSEAM: measured from crotch to leg opening If you are unsure about the size of an item, contact me, and I will be happy to send you more pictures or take additional measurements. :)

Shipping dates, carriers etc.

I ship my items as registered priorities (always with tracking numbers), and your order will be delivered usually by your local postal service. Sometimes I use UPS courier for some destinations. Once the package is shipped, I have no further control over its delivery. If you have any problems with your package, contact me! I am not responsible for shipments that were not delivered or delayed by your local customs. If the package is not delivered due to incorrect address or contact information (or is not collected by the buyer despite providing the tracking number), the buyer is responsible for covering the return delivery fee and the cost of a second shipment (if the buyer wants the package dispatched again).

Christmas time and gifts

From my experience, some packages near Christmas time (late November, December, and after Christmas) may experience delays due to the peak shipping season. In that busy time, I encourage you to use shipping upgrades - I offer UPS expedited and express delivery. Feel free to contact me in that matter.
