Items are usually sent out on the next working day after the order has been made. Shipping is worldwide and items are posted first class by royal mail. Once posted, delivery services aim to deliver items within the U.K. the next working day, to Europe within 3-5 working days, and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. If you are ordering items that need to be ready for a specific date e.g. a birthday or holiday please keep this information in mind when placing your order and make sure you leave yourself enough time for it to arrive.

However, it is inevitable that occasional delays to some orders will occur, especially if it is coming from overseas. I understand that this is very frustrating for you - it is very frustrating for me too! But please keep in mind, the speed in which your item is delivered to you is never reflective on the seller, as I work hard to send your orders out speedily and the rate in which you receive them is out of my hands.

Items are packaged in a plastic sleeve to protect them and shipped inside a hardback do not bend envelope!
