Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Please note that even if you choose the Expressing Shipping option, that will not change our *processing* time.

Standard shipping - for us that is USPS First-Class Mail - is 3-5 business days. If you need a package sooner than that, please select the "USPS Priority Mail" option, which will get it to you in 1-3 business days.

We observe major holidays and weekends, which are reserved for family time and general recharging. Please know that any messages received over the weekend may not be answered until the next work day. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this.

We do not accept cancellations. We do not accept returns unless an item has been damaged in transit. We may accept exchanges depending on the circumstances.

**After 7 days post-delivery, purchases are no longer eligible for exchange, refund or replacement.**
