Are your stickers vinyl? Are they weatherproof?

Die cut stickers are available in two varieties: Smooth Matte and Waterproof. The Smooth Matte Stickers (paper): are made of a polyester-based material with a permanent adhesive (non-repositionable). They have a smooth, matte finish. They are not UV resistant and could fade if exposed to direct sunlight. They are water resistant but not completely waterproof. The Waterproof Stickers: are made of the same sticker material, but a separate protective layer of clear laminate is placed over top to protect the image from water damage and scratching. Hand wash only, no soaking. They are more fade resistant than the paper stickers, but I don't recommend for outdoor use. If you have any other questions, feel free to send me a message!

My package said it was delivered but I can’t find it?

Please check to make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered! Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and unfortunately I cannot replace it at my cost. If the package says it was delivered to the correct address, please check with your local USPS Post Office. If you need any other help, feel free to message me!

How do I properly apply the stickers?

Make sure you are starting with a clean, dry surface. Remove the backing of the sticker, careful not to touch the adhesive back of it (oils from your hands can damage the adhesion). Apply pressure in the center working outwards until it is fully stuck. The more curved the surface, the more chance the edges have of peeling up. Please not some textured surfaces are harder for stickers to adhere to.
