Highlights
Lovely 1940s striped work wear apron style dress. Made from a robust cotton material with vertical navy, dark red, green and white stripes. White piping at the chest and pockets. Nice high square neckline. This appears as a button through dress, but it has been stitched down to address gaping between the buttons. So this is now a pull-on dress, but the stitching could be unpicked.
Condition: very good. A mark along the bottom where the original hem was let down.
Sizing: chest 36"; length 39".
