Can I get a certain design on a shirt/hoodie/mug/magnet/etc?

Yes! It's usually possible and I am happy to move my designs around onto anything that you might fancy ❤

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Customs usually start at around $100. If you would like a custom order please let me know as many details as possible, starting with the size you are looking for.

I only received part of my order, is the rest coming separately?

Yes, most likely ❤ Made-to-order items usually ship separately -- this includes apparel, mugs, vinyl stickers, and bags. If you order multiple made-to-order products then they are likely to arrive in separate parcels because they ship out as soon as production is completed. Everything is tracked so feel free to reach out if you would like to check a tracking number or request a status update. I'm always happy to help :)

My item was damaged in transit :/

Have no fear, I've got you covered. Snap a pic that shows the damage as soon as you receive it, send it to me, and I will get a replacement sent out to you pronto.

What if my item is lost?

Delivery normally goes without a hitch, but every once in awhile there will be a hiccup in the postal system. This is out of my control but I will always do my best to help. If your item is lost, I can send out a free replacement. Usually I will ask that you wait a couple of weeks after the approximate delivery date to see if the item will turn up or shows signs of movement on the tracking and then we can go from there :) ~Please note~ that I have no insurance for shipments that are not deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. *You will need to pay for shipping again if it is returned for this reason.* I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but I can help guide you if ever the situation arises.

Do you accept returns/exchanges/cancellations/refunds?

No, unfortunately I cannot and I have to remain firm on this policy. Many of my items are made-to-order, and for this reason I am unable to offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. LOVE this character!! I also purchased a decal of this character. Next order will be the coffee mug with this incredibly enthusiastic monster emblazoned on it. This tee is made of soft, cozy material that feels good against the skin. It's nice and lightweight yet not thin, if that makes sense. I ordered a size medium. I'm 5'5", 140 lbs. The medium fits my frame perfectly. It's not tight on me, and it's not baggy either. It's just right! I love it! Thanks, Julie! Highly appreciated and recommended.

This shirt makes me smile all day ! My only comment is the monster is a type of ‘ plastic ‘ material so t shirt must be washed in cold and dried low heat. I’m a women’s size 8/ 10 and I’m happy I ordered unisex size medium. Small would have been too tight although the length is long.
