AFTER payment is confirmed through Etsy, you will receive a download link in the email address that you provided to Etsy. This is all automated through Etsy and sellers do not have control over this. Occasionally, just like with any other merch platform, Etsy has delays processing payments and download links are delayed. Please be patient, as Etsy resolves these issues as quickly as possible when they arise and links will be automatically sent out when Etsy resolves the issue. I, nor any other seller is in control of this when the issue arises.
