My package says it was delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

Please check with household members to see if someone else brought the package in. Call your local post office and they can give you the GPS coordinates of where the package was left and track it down for you. Please ensure you have a safe area for delivery of packages as I am not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

I entered in the wrong shipping address!

Please make all efforts to enter in the shipping address correctly when checking out. However, errors do happen. Please message me as soon as you can since I ship orders out as quickly as I can (sometimes even the same day!). If I have already shipped your order, you'll have to contact the post office to try to change the address. If the order is sent back to me, the buyer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Can you give me my tracking number?

When I ship your order, Etsy will send you an email with your tracking number. Or you can find it under your purchases & reviews tab. Please stay updated on the tracking information so you know when you can expect your package!
