Very disappointed in the size of the bag when you said they're for teen and women and it is so small my 11yr old granddaughter can barely get it over her head. Very misleading and will never order again from you and the price is another issue for the size of the purse and very poorly wrapped for a gift.

We are so sorry for your disappointment. My 11 year old granddaughter uses her bag and it goes over her head just fine. The listing doesn't say that this bag is made for women. We fully disclose the size of the bag and the length of the strap so you can make sure it will fit your needs. We also show a photo of our gift wrap so you can be fully informed on what that will look like as well. Again, we are so sorry that our quality standard did not live up to your expectations.
