Quality of the item is good. The wood is solid, the pencil pots do what they are supposed to. My issue is more around communication and thoroughness of seller. Wish the seller had mentioned in their e-mail communications with me that (1) they were about to go on vacation for a few weeks, and (2) they were moving into a new workshop which put production on hold for a bit. I wouldn't have minded waiting if I had known these things up front -- but having to keep reaching out to Seller because I hadn't heard anything in a while got tiresome. Shipping was fast which was helpful, but ended up waiting over a month for these. And, did not receive all of my order (some of the order was forgotten - a quick e-mail to the seller and they quickly rectified this). Overall, a solid okay experience.
