Returns and Exchanges Details

All purchases are considered final; however, if there is a problem with your order, please contact our shop within 2 days of delivery. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please submit a picture of the item. You may send the picture as an attachment to convo notifying us of the problem. We reserve the right to request the damaged / defective item be returned to our shop. In such case, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the item to be returned. Item must be returned within 2 days of receipt of prepaid label and in its original package. No adjustment (refund, replacement) will be made until the item is received by our shop.

**** All Wood Items That Feature a Laser Engraved Design: **** While laser engraved designs do have some depth like what you would find on a standard coin, they are not 3 Dimensional, or 3D Carved. ***All wood items are ready for DIY finishing*** They do not have any kind of finishing such as clear coat, polyurethane, stains, varnish, etc... *** Due to the nature of wood, there may be variations in pattern, grain, etc. Each wood piece is unique, there is very little chance of any 2 pieces being identical, even in mirror images. *** Hanging hardware is NOT included in any of our wood products*** *** All of our wood products are custom cut in our shop. Average turn around time is 3 to 10 business days for shipping from date of order.

Regarding Lace, Ribbons and Trims

Orders for multiple yards of one item will be cut in one continuous cut whenever possible. If you do not see the quantity you need listed, please let us know via convo and we will be happy to check inventory for you. ***** Specific Information about our ribbons: Unless otherwise stated in the item listing, ribbons DO NOT come on a spool. They are cut from a master roll and carefully rolled and placed in protective wrapping and shipped in a box. *** Processing time for lace, ribbons, and trims: Average turn around time is 2 to 5 business days for shipping from the date we receive order.

We only ship within the United States and to US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) We ship via USPS most of the time; however, we will use UPS at our discretion if need be. Every order ships with a tracking number with the most current information available; however, please contact our shop if you need further assistance tracking your order. Please be advised that once an order is shipped and is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over transit time and/or any possible delivery delays. Please make sure we receive the correct shipping address with your order. Orders returned to our shop due to a wrong shipping address may incur an additional shipping fee when and if order is re-sent.
