So, I really don't enjoy having to leave somewhat negative reviews but here we go. I ordered 4 items on June 21st. I didn't recieve them until July 5th. 3 week wait. Tracking stayed at "label created" until I sent a message to the seller. While they did respond with "Yes, let me check into this." There was no follow up, no explination, no apology. I don't mind waiting and I do understand 3D printing can take some time, but this was a bit much for me with no communication. The level adjusting fish feeding ring and floater filter protection came with no direction on how to set them up and their images don't provide much detail either. I know the filter floater isn't set up right at all right now because once side keeps sinking slightly. They are GREAT items and I still will happily be using them. So the products themself are great
Took a minute to get shipped out, but after it was shipped it arrived quickly! Works perfectly on my 37 gallon tank! It can be knocked down kind of easily, but i found it you angle it a certain way it’s a little sturdier. Overall would recommend!
