Layaway is available, generally with a 20% deposit and 20% per month, please contact us to arrange. Uncompleted layaways are nonrefundable. Excessively late payments may incur a 5% (of purchase price) late fee, though we'll send you a payment reminder beforehand so you can avoid any late fee.

ALL DELIVERY DATES mentioned by Etsy are ESTIMATES, no date/range is guaranteed. In pandemic, transit may take longer, only order if you agree to wait for delivery that's en route, or until a USPS investigation determines otherwise.

See tracking in case delivery was attempted, or Customs duty is due. Items returned to us if PO can't reach you, or refused items, are reshipped at buyer's expense, or given store credit; no refunds for returned shipments.

Orders aren't voided by postal delay. If postal loss or damage, we'll file claim. If carrier finds claim valid, buyer is compensated by insurance. If tracking shows item delivered then no compensation for loss is available so be sure delivery address is secure. Signature may be required.

As with all used items, condition is relative to age & never implies new/unused. Cleaning pre-owned garments is recommended. Actual color may differ from that displayed on various computer monitors, no guarantee you'll have same color interpretation we do. Measurements are approximate. Our opinion re: era, age, genre, style, material, medium, maker, technique, color, condition, origin, history & all descriptions may differ from yours & is offered w/o guarantee; no assurance or refund against others' differing perceptions. Titles & tags may contain keywords oft associated with merchandise, though not necessarily a description of it; please rely only on photos & full descriptions for precise details; abide photos over any obvious text errors.

The US and most countries can return for exchange or store credit. Contact us within 3 days & take to airmail shipper within 7 days of original delivery. If we allow a return after 7 days then a 3%/day rental fee is deducted from credit. Shipping to and fro is paid by buyer. Customs fees aren't collected or refunded by us. Layaways can be returned for store credit minus 20% return fee. Credits aren't applicable to existing layaways, or to Sale or discounted items, & can't be used to pay shipping on exchanges. Madrigallery is a Pennsylvania, US business. By patronizing Madrigallery all parties agree this business, its representatives, & transactions are governed only by Pennsylvania law & not the laws in their respective nations or states. And that any legal dispute will be settled in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, City of Reading. Further, all parties agree to terms/conditions stipulated in our correspondence & Etsy shop policies. By ordering from Madrigallery customer agrees to be bound by these terms & agrees to assume costs this business incurs recouping a payment reversal or enforcing or defending these policies as they relate to the order, & that interpretation of this policy is the exclusive right of its author, Madrigallery.

When shopping during a pandemic please note that international, perhaps some domestic, shipments may take longer to arrive. Most are on time, but please only order if you agree to wait for a delivery that is en route, or until a USPS insurance investigation determines otherwise.

Our business neither receives nor retains any buyer information but for the contact details needed to process their order, as well as our shipping receipts as required by US tax law. Etsy has its own practice regarding the order details they retain, as well as their own privacy policy, so please contact Etsy if you need to address privacy needs specific to their platform. Our business shares no buyer information, except with the mail carrier, and where required by US tax law.

Madrigallery is governed by US law. Should Etsy require US sellers to abide EU regulation, our standard window for notice of intent to return will extend to 14 days, all other EU requirements will apply. Buyer pays return air shipping within 14 days of notice of intent to return, and will receive a refund for any item returned in original condition; deductions made for items showing use or damage. If we must refund original shipping, we would no longer be able to accept future orders from that buyer at any of our shops. Alternately, any buyer who pays their own shipping costs and opts to return for exchange as allowed by our standard return policy, is welcome to continue to shop with us. No shipping other than Standard is subject to refund.

If buying from outside the US, your government may charge you taxes on your purchases. While your government may require a shipping company to collect tax on delivery, it is not a shipping charge. We have no control over when, or how much, your government may tax its citizens for their international purchases.
