Part I - Terms and Conditions
§ 1 - Provider, inclusion of the GTC

(2) These general terms and conditions are part of every contractual agreement between the supplier and the respective customer. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will be contradicted.
§ 2 - product range and conclusion of contract
(1) The supplier offers the Etsy shop "Friedaspapercraft" illustrated articles to other Etsy users for sale. The color representation of the articles on the website may vary slightly depending on the Internet browser used and monitor settings of the customer; These deviations are technically never completely avoidable.
(2) Selection of goods, conclusion of contract and contract execution are in German.
(3) The supplier delivers exclusively to customers with an address for delivery in the countries indicated.
(4) The customer selects the desired goods by placing them in the "shopping cart". In the step "Check and order", the purchaser receives a summary to check for input errors. The order request can finally be sent to the provider via the button "Order for payment". The purchaser has until the sending of his order request at any time the opportunity to correct his input by returning one or more order steps in the browser, or cancel the order altogether.
(5) For the goods shown in the shop of the provider, the provider makes a binding offer. With the sending of the order request via the button "order pending" the buyer accepts the purchase offer. The provider confirms the contract by e-mail (contract confirmation).
(6) The content of a concluded contract (contract text) is automatically stored by Etsy in the Etsy user accounts of the provider and the customer and can be viewed by the customer in his user account in the Etsy portal via the menu "My Etsy" under the point " My purchases ". After conclusion of the contract, the purchaser receives an additional e-mail from Etsy with the contract text. In addition, the provider does not save the contract text itself and makes it outside the Etsy portal also not accessible.
(7) In case of delivery obstacles or other circumstances that would prevent the fulfillment of the contract, the provider informs the purchaser by e-mail.
§ 3 - Prices and Payment
(1) All product prices are total prices plus shipping costs. Sales tax is not reported (§ 19 UStG).
(2) The shipping costs are listed in the respective product description in the section "Payment & Shipping".
(3) The provider delivers at the option of the purchaser against advance payment by redemption of an Etsy voucher, against advance payment by bank transfer or advance payment by PayPal payment. With the confirmation of the contract, the customer will receive by e-mail an Internet link, which leads him into the Etsy section "My purchases", which contains further information on the purchase.
(a) For payment via Etsy voucher, the customer may enter one or more voucher codes in the "My purchases" section. The voucher value will be credited to the provider and the invoice amount paid in this way. If a voucher value is higher than the invoice amount, the voucher remains valid in the amount of the excess amount.
(b) If the purchaser has chosen "Bank Transfer" as the payment method, the purchaser will be informed of the provider's bank account details in the "My Purchases" area. Transfers from abroad are accepted by the provider only as free of charge payments in Euro.
c) If the customer has chosen "PayPal" as the payment method, he will reach the online service of PayPal via the "My purchases" section and can initiate the payment there.
(4) Insofar as further payment methods are listed in the product description in the section "Payment and Shipping" (eg credit card, Sofortüberweisung, iDEAL, EPS), such payments will be processed by the payment service provider Mangopay (Mangopay SA, 59 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg, www .mangopay.com).
(5) For advance payment orders, a payment period of one week from receipt of the contract confirmation. The vendor places the desired goods back for the customer during the period of payment. It is the purchaser's responsibility to effect payment in good time so that it will be received by the provider within the deadline. The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and sell the goods elsewhere if the payment has not been received by the deadline. Any payment received by the purchaser after the resignation will be refunded to the purchaser.
§ 4 - Shipping, delivery times
(1) The supplier delivers the goods within Germany within 7-8 working days from payment. For other countries, delivery times may increase according to the usual shipment terms.
(2) For products that are marked as "customizable" in the product description, the delivery time will increase by one week, if the customer commissions such an individualization.
(3) several simultaneously ordered products are delivered in a common shipment; For the joint shipment, the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies. If the customer wishes to deliver a specific product in advance with a shorter delivery time, he must order this product separately.
(4) If the delivery to the customer fails because the customer has given the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the customer accepts the direct costs of the new shipment. These costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 5 - Consumer right of withdrawal
(1) A purchaser who buys as a consumer is entitled to a right of revocation according to the legal conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
(2) The consumer shall grant a consumer right of withdrawal in accordance with German conditions and legal consequences to a consumer with permanent residence outside Germany even if the consumer's national law does not provide for a right of revocation or if the revocation is linked to a shorter period or to a stricter form than Under German law.
§ 6 - Guarantee (right of defect)
