We advise keeping your jewellery in it's Ey Up Chuck jewellery box when you are not wearing it to help keep it looking shiny.

If you want to keep it looking spangly and new we recommend using a microfiber cloth as it shouldn't scratch the surface.

Like a Gremlin try not to get it wet and be careful with perfumes, sun creams and moisturisers. Sometimes these could also cause damage to the surface. If it does get wet, pat it dry as soon as you can just as a precaution.

We would recommend leaving your Ey Up Chuck jewellery off until you are ready to add the finishing touches to your outfit, just in case.

UK ORDERS:
I offer FREE 2nd class shipping on most orders in the UK. If you need it a bit sooner you can upgrade to 1st class for an additional fee in the drop-down menu when you check out. Please note this is an untracked service.

If you require tracked and signed for there is an option to upgrade your shipping when you checkout.

Most items in the shop will be dispatched in 3 working days (unless its a made to order items)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders are sent untracked, please upgrade to tracked if you require this service

Orders usually arrive within 7 working days but it can take longer due to bad weather, being delayed in customs, or other unforeseeable events.

I do accept exchanges. Please notify me within 5 working days of delivery of the order.
I can't accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please note you will have to pay the postage to return the item to me.
Postage costs paid on the original item are non-refundable.

If you want a custom chain length simply let me know your desired length in the notes to seller section after checkout.

I offer gift wrapping on all orders if you would like to purchase this just select 'add gift wrapping' at check out. The gift will be wrapped in thick blue metallic paper with a pink ribbon tied in a bow, the price also includes a personal message to the recipient.
