Initial draft is sent for approval in about 2-4 weeks (for single items like crest design, venue or pet art).
To make sure you receive the best possible design, there are up to three rounds of revisions all included in price. Additional round of editing is priced at $ 10 or you can upgrade your order to unlimited rounds of revisions priced $ 30. One round includes as many edits as you need in "one go".
Once you approve the final design I will send you the link where you can download your files or I can send them to your email inbox.

Each oder is custom made and unique and the time it takes to complete a project usually takes from 2-6 weeks depending on the number of details or stationery items ordered. Please contact me before purchase so I can give you a more precise timeline once I have all the details.
Time frames are a rough estimate because orders vary and they do not include possible revisions. Although revisions should not take more than a few days (1-4) any research or trying different options that are not included in the brief may prolong the time frame.

If you need your design in a hurry I can rush your order. Rush orders typically take 2-4 weeks and the time frame only includes first draft without the revisions. I can only offer limited number of rush orders so please contact me prior to purchase.

If you decide to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours and I will send you a refund.

Kindly note that each order takes time to create from the very start and due to the nature of this business I cannot offer refunds for the work and time invested in each individual order.

Artwork or design is licensed exclusively to the client who commissioned it for personal use only. Files cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.
