These are templates for a Captain America style helmet for DIY purposes. Templates were created in InkScape. They are scaled to fit most adults but can be re-scaled.

The files were compressed (zipped) using WinRAR, which is a free download.

2 sheets of EVA 5mm foam
2 sheets of EVA 3mm or 2mm foam (recommend 12 x 18 sheets)

Great pattern. The accompanying YouTube video made assembly very manageable. This was my first time making an item from EVA foam and it went very well. I am going to downsize next and try to make one for my son.

Great pattern, even though it was my first Eva foam project (apart from 2 simple swords) it turned out great. I would recommend to scale it up before printing if you need an adult size helmet. Helmet as it is very tight for myself, but fits my 7 years old (big head). Pattern with video tutorial will make it easy!
