We bring you the highest quality products, but please note since this is an handmade foil product, foil is subject to little imperfections.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPELLING (LOWER AND UPPERCASE LETTERS) BECAUSE WE JUST COPY AND PASTE. WE CAN'T ADD SYMBOLS. YOU CAN PUT UP TO 3 DIFFERENT NAMES PER SHEET.

• Since each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or offer exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item. I will do my best to assist.
• If a package gets lost while in transit and cannot be recovered, I can send a replacement as long as the package is *not* marked as "Delivered" by USPS and I have the material available.
• If a package gets lost or stolen but it is marked as "Delivered" by USPS, please understand that I cannot send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct and up-to-date. I simply ship to the address that is provided to me and cannot be held responsible if the package gets delivered to the incorrect address.
