When you receive your wallpaper check out (on the flat surface) if panels match and notify me as soon as possible (within 14 days of the delivery) about any damage/problem - I will help you. Don't hestitate as after a long time I may not be able to reprint random panels or print additional ones, as there is always possibility that colors won't match with the previous order. Remember to read the instruction before application and follow the steps. Handle the wallpaper gently - remember that any print can be damaged if not treated properly.

Please take time to think about your purchase. Make sure that your measurements are correct before purchase and that the pattern really fit your needs. If you plan to wallpaper more walls - feel free to message me, perhaps custom order will be best in your case. If you aren't sure the design will match your space, consider buying samples first to test qualities. We would like to avoid material waste, as production and material costs are way too high. For the same reason I don't accept returns. You can cancel order within 1 hour of purchase - message me immediately, so that we won't start working on your order - if it's already printed I can't cancel the order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs taxes and any other taxes that may apply in their country. Custom (Import) tax may be charged in United Kingdom and Canada, but note that I may not know the tax situation in every country. 1x sample is a set of two sheets about 11.7"x8.3" (29.7x21cm): 1) preview of the entire wallpaper scaled down to the size of the sample 2) a fragment in 100% close up (showing how big more or less will it be on your wall) Sample's purpose is to test it's qualities: colors, adhesion, texture etc. Don't buy sample if you need to cover small area - it isn't suitable for this. [WHAT IS SAMPLE AND HOW TO ORDER?]
You can order samples through the same listing as the pattern that interests you, by choosing option "SAMPLE" from the drop down menu.
1x sample measures 84x29.7cm/33"x11.7" and consists of:
1) a preview of the entire wallpaper
2) a fragment of this wallpaper in 100% close up, showing how big more or less will it be on your wall. Remember that size of pattern will vary for each size of the wallpaper.
Sample's purpose is to test it's qualities: colors, adhesion (if you chose peel and stick), texture etc. Please DON'T BUY samples if you need to cover small area - it isn't suitable for this. Instead, message me and I will do a custom order for a small size.

[MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION]
• In the drop down menu you can choose respectively width and height of your wallpaper (WALL). It is best to choose a size that is at least 2" wider and higher, unless you're 100% sure your measurements are correct.
• If there is no size close to the one you need or if you have more than 1 wall to cover, the better option is to do a custom order - feel free to message me.
• Wallpapers are flat (not 3D) and matte. Wallpapers don't contain any metallic/shiny effects. Gold/silver/or any metallic-looking colors are matte and don't shine. It's just a printout on a matte material.
• The colors of the print may differ to some extent from what you see here on the listing. It is normal, because printers use the CMYK palette, not RGB as your screen. Also, remember that every screen is different and colors may appear differently on every screen.
• Visualisations are demonstrative and don't show the exact size of the wallpaper. The size of the pattern will differ for each wallpaper size. Message me if you need to know what the wallpaper will look like in a certain size and I'll send you a preview.
• Wallpaper is divided into panels and their size and amount depends on the width of the wallpaper. If you want to know how many panels will a particular wallpaper size be divided into - feel free to message me and I'll let you know. Printing house changes print rules from time to time.
• We don't add any extra wallpaper pieces or wallpaper paste to the order
• Wallpaper is easy to install, but you need to make sure that your wall is well prepared - smooth, dry and clean - any dust and dirt can mess up installation. I recommend to prime the wall before wallpaper installation (if it's plaster/drywall then priming is an absolute must, as without it the wallpaper may peel off). If you aren't sure you will manage to put the wallpaper by yourself only, ask someone to help you apply the panels properly. You can also find wall preparation tips in the instruction attached to the wallpaper.
• Remember to check out your wallpaper as soon as possible - before application lay down all panels on the floor and check out if they match (in some cases they may have small overlaps). Please follow the instruction attached. Do not apply wallpaper if you see any print defects or if you have difficulty correctly arranging the rolls - I can help you with that - please message me ASAP or within 14 days of delivery if you have any problem.
