Returns:

Each item, except items made to the buyer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised, may be returned within 14 days for any reason. This includes standard sizes and colours offered in the listing.
Items made to individual measurements or with individually agreed changes or personalisation cannot be returned.
A receipt, original label or original packaging is not required. Please include your Etsy order number with the return. Refunds are issued through Etsy.

Complaints:

we want you to be happy with our products - please let us know in case of any problems.

Cancellation:

just send a message, if it was not the thing to order (custom size, color) and was not already made​​, we will cancel the order.
Otherwise, we will try to find a solution.

EU Right of Withdrawal

1. Right to withdraw

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the ordered goods.

If one order includes several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

Our standard products are made after the order is placed. The fact that an item is made to order does not, by itself, exclude the right to return or exchange it.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

Your statement must clearly indicate that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but using the form is not mandatory.

Sending the withdrawal statement before the end of the 14-day period is sufficient to meet the deadline.

3. Returning the goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the description.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return has been completed.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without sufficient postage.

4. Condition of returned goods

The buyer may inspect and try on the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, in the same way as they would be permitted to do in a physical shop.

Returned products should be:

* unworn other than for fitting;
* unwashed;
* clean and free from stains;
* free from perfume, smoke, cosmetics, deodorant marks and animal hair;
* returned with any original tags and accessories;
* securely packaged for transport.

The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

5. Refund

If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund:

* the price paid for the returned products; and
* the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the buyer choosing a more expensive delivery method, such as express delivery, will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive your statement of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made through Etsy using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed.

The buyer will not be charged any fee by us for processing the refund.

6. Exchanges

Standard, non-personalised products may also be exchanged for another standard size, colour or available product variant.

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. The original product must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us about the exchange.

Unless the original product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the buyer bears:

* the cost of returning the original product;
* the cost of shipping the replacement product;
* any difference in price between the products.

Because our clothing is made after an order is placed, the replacement product may require the standard production time stated in the listing.

An exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size, fabric, colour or product.

7. Personalised products

The right of withdrawal and our return and exchange policy do not apply to products made according to the buyer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised at the buyer’s express request.

This exception may apply when the buyer has requested, for example:

* non-standard individual measurements;
* a change to the standard length, width or construction;
* an individually altered neckline, sleeve, hem or cut;
* a fabric or colour not offered as a standard listing option;
* an individual print, inscription or graphic;
* a custom placement, size or colour of a print;
* another individual alteration agreed through Etsy Messages.

Selecting a standard size, colour, print or variant offered directly in the listing does not make the product personalised.

Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect measurement provided by the buyer or a change regarding a previously approved detail.

This exception does not apply if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the agreed individual specifications.
