*We are based in Texas and will ship mainly from our location, but at times will work with fulfillment partners around the U.S. who can fulfill shipping faster & cheaper than us.

*We reserve the right to cancel non-continental US orders depending on the order size. Please reach out to us first regarding your order first if shipping to a non-continental US address. Note that transit time for non-continental US orders will be slightly longer. We are not responsible for any delays.

International Shipping

* If you choose to pay for international shipping via ETSY, note that buyers are responsible for any customs & duties that may be charged by the destination country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Kindly note that our return/refund policies do NOT apply to:

1) International Orders (with the exception of shipping damage or a product defect). We will be unable to process refunds due to a change of mind due to the high shipping and customs costs.

2) Domestic & International orders which have the correct address, but the carrier was unable to deliver to your location for some reason. We will be unable to process a refund in this case due to the costs of the return (or the abandonment of a package at the international border).

ABOUT OUR READING BLOCKS

Designed in my home here in the US. However, in this global age of manufacturing, I am grateful to partner with other talented folks to bring my designs to life. My goal is to balance ethical, worry-free production and costs while acknowledging supply chain efficiencies.

These reading blocks are made with beech wood imported from sustainably-managed forests in Germany. The design then comes to life through the talented hands of my woodmaker partners in Asia. The finishing on our blocks are a water-based finish, and the toy is certified non-toxic and safe.

Our woodmakers work in compliance with the BSCI code of conduct, which is a standardized European approach for monitoring social standards. The finished products are then 3rd-party tested by TUV SUD, a German-based monitoring laboratory company. Our reading blocks are certified safe under U.S., EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan toy safety laws. This includes ASTM F963, UK EN-71, EN-71, SOR 2011-17 & 18, AUS/NZ ISO 8124, and JFSL Regulations.

The finished product is then shipped out directly from us here in Texas, and at times, depending on our customer's shipping location, also from a fulfillment partner in a different U.S. state that helps us store inventory.
