✔ 1 page fold out insert, double-sided.

✔ Front Side includes:
* a TITLE and DATE section
* TASKS - 30 lines
* each task line is broken up into 3 categories

✔ Back Side includes:
* DAILY in a 12 month overview

✔ If you do not need all text lines, feel free to leave blank and it will not print.

❗Crop marks likely will not print this close to the margins, so you will need to trim the TOP of your paper down slightly to 8.3”. You can use a previously trimmed paper as a guideline for this.

❗NOTE: Print on Inkjet printer and 32# paper for best results. Laserjets tend to have a hard time printing thin line weights.
