Replacements or refunds on lost orders cant be issued; items that have been marked as 'delivered' or are unclaimed due to unpaid customs. If you order was damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the damage/defect.
If an incorrect address is provided in checkout, I will not be able to issue replacements/refunds, but the order can be reshipped at buyer's cost.

All orders are shipped with no tracking unless it says otherwise (usually domestic).
For tracking please purchase the Shipping upgrade at checkout.
I will only be able to replace lost packages that have tracking as the shipping upgrade in checkout.
