Make sure you use the correct settings when printing.

Double check your settings to ensure you are printing in "Actual Size" or 100%. Turn off any options to "fit to page" or "shrink to margins" or similar. There should be no scaling at all, to preserve the dimensions of all the elements in the printables. Make sure that you’re setting your paper size correctly. Files are formatted on US Letter size, but are set up so that they can also be printed on ISO A4 paper. Adjust your printer settings accordingly. If you're using A4 paper, make sure to also center the print to ensure everything will be positioned properly. For other paper sizes, you may need to alter the files in order to make them fit your available print area. If you need help with this, please contact me.

Make sure you have the required software to open/print these files.

You will need to have access to a web browser in order to download your files, if using a mobile device. To open/extract compressed ZIP files you need a software that can open them, if using a computer; or an APP for the same purpose, if using a mobile device. To open and print PDF files you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer or mobile device. To use the cut files, you will need Silhouette Studio software installed on your computer. For Cricut use, you need access to Design Space on your computer and you will need to import the PNG files provided.

Do you print and ship?

I'm sorry, but no. I do NOT print and ship any stickers. All my listings are for DIGITAL PRINTABLE files ONLY. Nothing will be shipped to you. Please do not ask me to print and ship your purchases, because I am not equipped to do that.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the instant nature of the digital downloads, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges can be issued after the products have been downloaded. In any case, please do contact me if there are any problems with your printables. PLEASE NOTE: - Missing a sale or forgetting to add a code is NOT grounds for a cancellation/refund to be issued. - I will gladly exchange your files if you accidentally purchased the wrong size of printable, for example, provided that there is no price difference and you contact me within 24h of purchase. If the price differs - and provided that no files have been downloaded - I will issue a refund. - If you've accidentally purchased a printable that you already own, please contact me within 24h for a refund.

Can I cut these printables with my Cricut machine?

Yes. I include individual PNG files (one for each sticker sheet), with clear background and a white offset where required. These should ensure a proper cut, when using your Cricut. You will need to import each PNG individually and resize it to the dimensions provided. Some creative arranging may be needed to fit as many sheets as possible within one single sheet of paper, considering the limited cutting area. I suggest searching YouTube if you’re not used to using PNG files. There are many tutorials out there that may help with this, as I do not own a Cricut machine myself.

All the printables available in the store are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY! You MAY print as many copies as you wish, for your own personal use. You MAY NOT share the digital files in any way - even free of profit -or upload them anywhere, except for back up purposes. You MAY NOT modify them in any way. You MAY NOT extract and use parts of my printables to create other files to share anywhere. You MAY NOT resell them or claim them as your own. For more information or clarification on these terms, please contact me.

What should I use to print/cut these printables?

You can print them on sticker paper - Full Sheet Shipping Labels work really well - that you can purchase easily online on places like Amazon, or regular printing paper. If you use regular printing paper, you can use a glue stick to adhere the stickers to your planner. You can use a regular pair of scissors to cut out your stickers or a craft knife. You can also use other types of precision hand cutting tools - like the GyroCut - that you can find on craft stores or on Amazon. If you own a cutting machine, you can use it to kiss cut the printables.

Can you make me something custom?/Can you make me something for xxxxx planner?
