SEWING E-PATTERN DOWNLOAD BIG SIZE PACK
Difficulty: Intermediate
The "Longbourn Frock" Pattern from Virgil's Fine Goods is suitable for impressions 1790-1825 for all babies, young toddlers and girls. Based on extant clothing from the period, this pattern is designed to grow with your child. Choose from the "Small Sizes Pack" (sizes NEWBORN-2T and 3T-5T) or the "Big Sizes Pack" (girls sizes 6-8 or 10-12). Feel confident that your child will not only look great and historically accurate, but will also get lots of use out of this garment. The pattern includes 2 skirt silhouettes, 2 sleeve options and sewing instructions for historically accurate handstitching as well as sewing by machine. Your finished dress will feature a drawstring waist and neckline, tied closures, and a tucked skirt.
This pattern is recommended for "Intermediate" sewists. A basic knowledge of garment assembly is needed for a smooth make. Handstitching is used in both the all-handsewn and machine sewn instructions.
