UPDATED 9/23/21 - SHIPPING SCHEDULE -

My current shipping time is 1-2 weeks as noted on each listing. Each order has a ship by date that is provided to the purchaser at the time of order. I try to get the orders shipped out before this date. If your order is not past due please refrain from asking when your order will go out. Your order will go out on or before the provided ship by date. Sometimes I print shipping labels for orders several days to a week before the provided ship by date. This is so I can get them ready to pack and ship. If your tracking says pre transit for a week that is because I printed your label out ahead of time. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE SHIP BY DATE. I have until that time to ship your order out.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS-

Special shipping requests must be made BEFORE your order is replaced. I will not honor special requests after you place your order. It will be canceled and refunded.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES -

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I am unable to replace items that have been lost by the post office or stolen from your porch/mail box etc. If package is lost or stolen please contact USPS and file a claim. If the shipper is required to do so please message me and I will file a claim for a lost or stolen package.

RETURNS and REFUNDS-

I do not offer returns, or refunds on any items. Especially performed Rootwork, custom dream catchers, pendulums, readings, coffin boxes, bottle spells, stuffed dolls. All items are handmade and are used for spiritual work. I cannot accept returned items. There is no exceptions to this.

CANCELED ORDERS -

I will accept 1 (ONE) canceled order before the item is shipped. If you chronically cancel or request to cancel orders I will no longer accept your orders and they will be refunded.
