Where is my stuff? When will it be delivered?

Your purchase is digitally delivered to you upon receipt of your payment. There is no shipping via post, because the item is digital. You will receive an email from Etsy where you can download your files. Does my purchase include a physical frame?

Please note no physical item will be shipped, these are all digital images - pictures of frames. The download includes three digital image formats of the mockup frame. The posters are not included.

What is a “frame mockup”? What do you actually sell?

Mockup frames are digital stock images of frames - not physical frames. These mockup frames are templates (images of frames in different scenarios). You can use these to "frame" your work digitally for online shops, blogs, social media and more. You are effectively buying a life-time Royalty-Free License to use these templates commercially or for personal projects.

How do I get an official receipt for purchase?

To get your receipt, please log in to Etsy, click on “Your Account” (your profile picture on top right of the Etsy homepage), then open “Purchases and Reviews”, find your purchase and click on “View Receipt”. On the following page click on “View Official Invoice”.
