How do I place an order and provide my selections?

The full item description gives detailed instructions on how to provide your personalization information. The options are shown in the photos. Please make selections in the drop-down and provide the details in numbered order as indicated to help make sure you provide all the needed selections. Missing information may delay your order. Proofs are available upon request when the order is placed but may result in longer turnaround times and multiple proofs may require additional fees. If no selections are provided, the seller reserves the right to use popular options. All designs are created by our studio, and final decisions on placement, sizing, and overall proportions are made by the designer to ensure the best possible result.

How do monograms work?

For a traditional monogram, the initials are place in order of First Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle (or Maiden) Name Initial. For example, the traditional monogram for Sarah Ellis Jones would be: sJe (all caps with the J larger in the center). Another option is a couples monogram which has the female's name on the left, family name in the center, and male's name on the right. For example, the couples monogram for Sarah and David Jones would be: sJd (all caps with the J larger in the center). Another style is a block monogram which is common for men. All three initials are the same size. For example, the monogram for David Michael Jones would be: DMJ Instructions for providing initials is included in the item description.

How long will it take to get my order?

The normal processing time is for orders to be completed and shipped out in 7-10 business days. This may be longer during busy times--see shop announcement on main page for updates! If you need an order more quickly, message me BEFORE you place your order to see if it's possible and for information on rush processing. Items typically ship by USPS first-class or ground advantage mail, priority mail or UPS, depending upon weight and shipping selections made. Rush shipping upgrades are for shipping method only and do not change processing times. If your item has shipped and there is an issue with delivery, please contact me and I will confirm the tracking. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses.

FOR A BLOCK MONOGRAM, provide initials in first, middle, last order.
Name/Monogram color will coordinate with bag color unless another color is specified.

If no selections are provided, the default monogram style is French tail and the default lettering style is Anna.
First photo (two bags): French Tail monogram style in "sand" thread.
Second photo (three bags): Chic two-letter monogram in "sand" (custom color) and "pale pink."

Please note regarding bag color: This bag is ivory vegan leather with a slightly shimmery finish. In warm lighting, it has a pinkish tint as shown in the first photo. In cooler lighting, it looks more plain ivory as shown in the second photo.

Small Makeup bag: 9.75"W X 4.75"H X 1.75" D.
Vegan leather exterior with Nylon Liner.
Train case has two side interior pockets and top mesh zipper pocket.
Gold zipper with gold tabs. Wipe clean.

The set pricing is based on the same monogram on both pieces.
