It’s beautiful, just slightly baggy in one place but I think it’ll probably even out with wearing, hence one star less than 5. On customer service, Nataliya responded quickly to my initial queries and let me know when orders were open again. the last message I sent via the usual Etsy platform re length of sleeves wasn’t answered but I assumed it’d be ok and the resultant length is slightly longer but only by 2 cm so ok. On info about likely delivery dates, this was great and jumper delivered at beginning of probable delivery window. Given it’s come from ukraine, that’s great.

I have just fetched the jumper from the post office. You had it ready knitted in no time. The transport to Germany took a while, but the parcel arrived in a perfect state. And it was lovely wrapped as a gift. The jumper itself is perfectly knitted, fits, has lovely colours and patterns and keeps warm. Thanks also for the additional wool fibers to repair possible damages in the future. So: a big thanks to you, I will enjoy wearing it! ... and I will pray for you that this stupid war will end, whenever I wear it.
