All pieces come beautifully gift wrapped in custom boxes and bows and have care instructions for looking after your new pieces. Free gift cards with your message are available.

Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging. Please note due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Once item has been returned and deemed to be in original condition a refund or exchange will be made. Exchanges can be made for any full price item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if item is not in original condition. If item is being exchanged for another, customers will be charged an extra cost for shipping out new item. Refunds will be given if item is defected or damaged but we hold no responsibility if item is not cared for properly. Please contact us within 30 days order.

International Postage

Customs & Lost Parcels

Lost or Missing Parcels - If by some rare chance your package does not get delivered we will do our best to help track it down & if it has been sent back to us we will issue a refund minus the postage cost once we have received it or if you wish us to resend it an additional postage costs will occur. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit.

All our pieces are created with the highest quality materials including gold fill which has very thick layers bonded onto the base metal & can last for years. This is not solid gold & like all metals will dull & wear over time. How you care for it will determine the longivity of it. Items listed as 925 Sterling Silver are genuinely that. Each pieces comes with care instructions & it is up to the wearer to follow these to get the most out of their beautiful new jewels.

We take no responsibility if item is damaged due to postal shipping process. You can always contact the postal service for reimbursement if your package was handled poorly. Please note we take great care in wrapping all our pieces to protect them the best we can for postage.
