Return and exchange of information
My customers should be satisfied, so I must give you full support.
1. If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason or they are damaged during delivery, please contact me before leaving feedback. Together we will solve all problems.


2. If your package was returned to me as unclaimed, I will contact you for more information about the delivery or cancellation of the order.

3. If you have problems during delivery (the package does not arrive, it takes too much time or you are in a hurry) - contact me for help.
If for some reason you do not like the product, contact me to find a suitable solution.


I do not accept refunds if the reason is a misunderstanding of the sizes or not getting to a specific date. All dimensions are indicated in detail, and all shipping information is listed in the "Policies" section. Please carefully read everything before placing an order. Thank you!

Except for the reasons mentioned above, I can take the goods back and return your money, excluding the cost of forwarding both routes and 10% of the cost of the goods. GENERAL DIRECTIONS FOR COSTS AND 10% THE PRICE OF THE POINT IS CONTINUOUS. I work through an intermediary. You must inform me of the refund and send it to me within 7 working days, starting the day after the receipt of the order. I will refund the money within 3 working days, starting from the day I receive the product in its original condition. If the product is damaged or dirty, the money will not be returned. You must specify a tracking number to send.

Except as mentioned above If the package is lost, I return the money after receiving an official written confirmation of the loss from the Ukrainian post.

If you want to cancel the transaction (before the order was sent and sent), please note that non-refundable 10% and Paypal payments (for the US - 1.9% + 0.30 USD, other countries - 2.9 % + 0.30 USD). I work through an intermediary.

Before buying, be sure to read all product descriptions.
Each item is unique and is a one-of-a-kind vintage and is expected to have normal wear and tear for its age. All our items are depicted and described. We do not provide refunds or do not accept returns. If the goods are returned as an unclaimed package, we are not responsible for any shipping charges, and this item will be reinstated if the buyer does not ask to repack the goods at his own expense.

In our store there is no cancellation of the order. All paid orders go straight to work. If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after payment of the order for reasons that do not depend on us (changed your mind, found the goods cheaper, did not calculate the deliveri time, etc., and ask for a refund, then we will have to make a partial refund less the 30% of the cost of the goods. For exanple, if the product costs $ 70 and the deliveri is $ 30, then the refund will be $ 70-30% = $ 49 + $ 30 = $ 79. The cancelletion of the order after 24 hours after payment of the order is impossible. Please appresiate our time and look forvard to your understanding.

Shipping address:
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct during the checkout. I will send your package to this address and not the Paypal one. Contact me as soon as you can if you need different address to ship your order.
Before Christmas the delivery time growing up + 10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1, I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.
Every purchase from me comes thoughtfully packaged. It carefully protects items during the shipping.
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. I are not responsible for any additional charges.
