When will my order Ship?

Orders ship out within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Each individual listing will show the production time needed for that particular piece. I ship out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday only and do not ship out on Statutory holidays. My goal is always to get an order out as soon as possible and it may even ship out the same day.

Do orders come with tracking and insurance?

All orders to Canada and the USA come with tracking & insurance. Shipping to most other countries includes tracking & insurance, but there are some countries that we can not get tracking or insurance on shipments. We will notify you if it can not be tracked or insured to see if you want to proceed at your risk. Insurance only covers the package while it is in transit for loss or damage, it does not cover for theft after the package is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that it is being delivered to a secure safe place.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order for up to 1 hour after placing your order for any reason. If you want to cancel an order after the initial 1 hour and production has not started on the order, I'd be happy to cancel it for you. After production has started or it has been shipped it can not be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after an order has been shipped. We ensure that items listed are described to the best of our ability and that what you receive will be as described and pictured. Please make sure you read the full listing details for colors & sizes and view all images. Please take note that colors may vary between computer screens. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need to make sure the item is right for you, I'm always happy to help. UK/EU RETURN POLICY - We must be informed within 14 days of receiving your order of intent to return for a refund, a further 14 days to actually return. Buyers to pay postage.

Can I guarantee delivery times?

I can NOT guarantee delivery times, no one can. The shipping companies are not providing us with guaranteed delivery times, so it would be impossible for us to do so. I do guarantee I will ship your order out within the posted shipping date on your order. Please note that delivery times shown on listings are only estimated by the postal services and are not guaranteed. Allow yourself time for transit time of mail and try not to order at the last minute. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs for International orders. If you have concerns, please feel free to send me a message and I will be happy to provide all current information I have.

Where do you ship from?

*To Canada - I ship out of Vancouver, BC, Canada *To United States - I ship out of Blaine, Washington, USA for First Class, Priority & Express. *To International Countries - I ship out of Vancouver, BC, Canada I live in a community 10 minutes from the US/Canada border in Canada, so I am able to ship to my USA customers out of Washington State for First Class, Priority & Express mail by USPS.

A wrong shipping address was provided by customer.

We are not responsible when a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer. If the package is not deliverable, it will hopefully be returned to us by the postal services and we will contact you for further instructions. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer including the original shipping, return shipping and reshipping. If it was delivered to the wrong address which was provided by the customer and the residents there did not return the package to the postal services, there is really nothing we can do in this case to retrieve it back.

Shipping returns on damaged items?

Once a return authorization is approved for a damaged item, the return must be shipped out in the original packaging and post marked within 5 business days to the Canadian address we will provide in the written authorization. DO NOT return to the return address on the package, that belongs to our freight forwarder and they do not accept returns. Item must not of been worn or tried on. If it is coming from outside of Canada it must be clearly marked as a "RETURN" on the Customs form. Failure to do so will have any Customs or Duties fees charged to me deducted from a refund. Photos still in original packaging required. *** We do NOT accept any returns delivered by Courier companies, including UPS, FedEx and DHL.***

Do you accept unauthorised returns?

We do not accept any unauthorized returns (forced returns), all returns must have an approval authorization from us in writing. If you do not claim your package from the post office when they notify you that you have a package for pick up and it is returned to us, we are not obligated to accept or refund for the order. Returns caused by refusal to pay Customs & Duties for International shipments by the buyer upon delivery of the package are considered a forced return and we are not obligated to accept the package or refund the buyer. If you ordered late and did not allow enough time for the item to arrive we are not responsible. Suggested delivery times are only estimates by the postal services and are not guaranteed.

Will USA customer's have to pay tariffs on their orders?

My designs are hand made here in Canada and are certified CUSMA compliant which means there are no US tariffs collected on them. Orders shipped to my US customers will not have to pay duty or tariffs upon delivery.

Birdcage Veil

This is a handcrafted 9" veil made from quality netting. It is hand sewn to a sturdy 2 1/3" wide metal comb for easy placement in your hair. It can be worn angled as shown in the images by positioning the comb to the front side of your head and shaped using bobby pins along the veils top edges, we have used 4 bobby pins in total to shape it as shown in the images. Bobby pins are a must when attaching birdcage veils to customize its shape and ensure a perfect fit for your bridal hairstyle. The comb provides stability and secures the veil in place, while bobby pins offer versatility, allowing you to style the veil according to your to your preference. I suggest that you use bobby pins that are close to your hair color so they remain hidden.

This veil is shipped flat in a crush proof box and it will be required to be hung for a few days to allow it to return to it's natural shape, or it can also be pressed or steamed for faster results before trying it on. If you want less pouf just shoot steam over the gathering on the comb to flatten it.

If you are attaching the veil yourself on your wedding day please be sure that you practice putting it on before your wedding day with your hair styled and prepped as you will be wearing it for the big day, and if you need help please send me a message and I will send you instructions.
