Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, I offer the option of a refund or replacement. I just ask that you contact me within 14 days of delivery to notify me of the problem and ship it back within 30 days of delivery. In the unlikely case of defects or damage caused during the production process, I'll gladly replace the item for you at no additional charge or pay the return shipping and provide a full refund. In the event of damage during shipping, I ask that you provide photos of the damage so that I can use them to file a claim. Return shipping in all other situations is the responsibility of the customer.

Are your photographs originals?

All photographic prints found in my Etsy shop were taken and edited exclusively by me. My Fuji 400h film shots were scanned and developed by Richard Photo Lab.

How do you package your prints?

All orders ship in a flat mailer due to the thick nature of the smooth matte fine art archival paper I use. The print is in a sealed plastic cellophane sleeve with a piece of cardboard behind it to prevent the package from being bent and a foam sheet placed in front to prevent any possible scratches on the print itself.

Why pay more for a fine art photographic print?

Smooth matte fine art prints are acid-free, pH neutral, and made from pure cellulose. They're produced to the highest archival standards and inkjet printed with pigment inks that significantly enhance the visual brilliance. The inks also have a substantial longevity that keep the image beautiful for generations. You won't ever have to worry about fading or unwanted color shifts. The smooth matte finish also means it can be displayed without glass or acrylic and glares won't be present on the image.
