To keep your jewelry looking its best: Gold filled & solid gold: Wipe regularly with the included polishing cloth. For extra cleaning, use warm water, mild soap, or a treated cloth. Gold will not wear off with normal cleaning. Sterling silver: Wears beautifully with regular use but can tarnish over time. Clean every few months with a polishing cloth or silver cleaner. Pearls: Soft and delicate. Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth after wearing; occasionally wash with mild soapy water and dry carefully. Important: Remove jewelry during heavy exercise — sweat can affect all surfaces. Store in the included pouch or box when not in use.

I had to buy a second bracelet since the first one broke off and I lost it. It looks like this time around the area I suspected to be the breaking has been reinforced though, so I'm hopeful this time it will last for longer.
