1. Make your purchase by choosing:
• Print size or frame size (digital file, 8x8", 8x10", 12x12", 11x14", A4, A3 or A2).
• Background colour.
• Personalisation - Add your pet's name (if required).
• Your preferred font (4 to choose from).

2. Message us via Etsy messages with either your pet photo or multiple photos for us to pick the most suitable for your artwork.

3. You will receive a preview within 24hrs of sending us your photo. Please check and reply with ‘APPROVED’ or detail any changes. The sooner you reply the sooner you will receive your purchase!

4. Orders are dispatched as soon as your proof is approved! All Prints will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. Digital artwork will be sent via a link to download your Jpeg files (various sizes supplied)

This is a wonderful piece. Wanted to make sure that the new order was the same height and the puppy had the same proportion as a previous order.
