Please note that I cannot give refunds for cards that arrive too late for an event. I do my very best to get my orders out as soon as possible, but once your order is in the hands of USPS, I have no more control over how long it takes to get to you, as much as I wish I did!

If your order is marked delivered, but you don't see it in your mailbox, it may have been that the envelope has just been marked delivered at your local post office or processing center. Please give allow 1-3 more business days for it to show up in your mailbox. Refunds cannot be given before the full shipping window has closed.
