What is the turnaround time for personalized items?

Turnaround time for personalized items is up to 3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.

You are welcome to contact us and ask for a rush! We can usually accommodate requests. We don't currently charge a rush fee for shipping early, but there is an extra charge if you want to upgrade the shipping method.

How long does shipping take?

Product listings display turnaround times and expected delivery dates based on our turnaround speed, the customer's zip code, and the shipping method. If you need something faster you can upgrade the shipping or send us a message to request a rush. We try to accommodate rush requests.

Do you send design proofs for personalized products?

We don't send proofs unless requested, but we're happy to send them if you ask! We aim to make and ship orders quickly, and therefore we do not send design proofs before processing orders.

May I make a change or cancel my order?

Please contact us ASAP to request a change to your order. We are able to edit order details as long as the order hasn't already been made.

Can I update the shipping address?

Of course! Please send us a message with the correct address and we'll update it on our end.
