Return & Cancel order

Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your TYJewelry purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on most orders within 30 days of initial delivery. Since each piece of TYJewelryUS is individually handcrafted to order, all returns (excluding ones related to craftsmanship defects) will incur a 30% restocking fee. If there is a craftsmanship defect with the item(s) upon delivery, or if we have made your order in the wrong specifications (i.e. size, color, style), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly take full responsibility to ensure your satisfaction.

An order usually requires 3-4 weeks for making and 3-6 days for shipping. If you want to receive your ring sooner, I'd like to offer a rush service for having it done within 2-3 weeks and it will charge a rush order fee of $60.

Engraving service is available. 20 characters for 7 US usually, the smaller the size, the fewer characters. Please contact me when placing your order on what you want to engraving.

We provide service in larger size, and each size costs $30.

The first payment is not less than $100, please message me and then I will create a layaway listing for you. Start the making process of the ring upon 1/2 of the order total. And I will ship the ring out after I have all payments and when the ring is ready

Exceptions & Exclusions

- Orders with diamond center stones (lab or natural) cannot be returned or exchanged； - Orders with custom modifications (i.e. design change, custom stones, ring setting, extended sizing, engraving) are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges； All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging and condition without any signs of wear or alteration - we reserve the right to decline a return/exchange if the item shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or if the request is made after 30 days of delivery.
