HOW TO ORDER
• Choose the style board and size
• Choose your design option number and include the information as shown in your design
If you choose Design 8 - Custom and your personalization is all capital letters – we will use our basic plain font

• Rustic reclaimed-style barnwood, finished with food-safe oil
• Wood variations: knots, grain lines, grooves, pigment figure, pinholes, divots
• Natural color variations (light to dark brown — each soaks stain differently)
• These are charcuterie boards, not cutting boards — lighter in weight

What NOT to do with these boards
• Don’t chop or cut on them
• Don’t scrub aggressively
• Don’t soak or put in dishwasher
• Don’t let deep-pigment foods sit on the finish

A: Type everything into the personalization box. If anything is unclear, I’ll message you.
Q: Can I tweak one of your designs?
A: Yes — simple word swaps are fine. For fully custom artwork, message first.
Q: Which wood should I choose?
A:
• Barnwood = rustic + dramatic engraving contrast
• Bamboo = clean modern look, dark, possibly uneven - engraving
• Maple = warm, classic hardwood with dark engraving
• Acacia - colorful wood tones and classic option

Q: Do you offer bulk/wholesale orders?
A: Yes — discounts begin at 10+ pieces. Shipping direct to your clients is available.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Cancellations are potentially allowed within 2 hours of placing orders. We process orders very quickly. Once engraving begins, no cancellations allowed, even if within 2 hours of placing order. Message quickly.
Q: How does my item ship?
A: Your item ships from our studio in FL with tracking
