Sizing is always unique to the individual wearer. For bracelets, we reccomend measuring your wrist using a string or another chain bracelet. If you like a tight fit, add .25" to the size. For a looser fit, add .5". For necklaces, 17" with a jump ring at 16" is the most popular chain length. However, we reccomend measuring other necklaces you plan to layer with your new one to make sure it will sit correctly. A ring sizer is best to measure your ring size. Please note the fingers on your left and right hand will often be different sizes. You can always reach out to us for custom sizes.

Fine jewelry is delicate so please always handle with care. You should never sleep in jewelry because it can be pulled on at night. Pure gold items will not tarnish. Hollow items can dent. We reccomend adding your jewelry pieces to your rental or home owners insurance. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our fine jewelry comes in an Alexis Jae pouch that is wrapped in tissue paper and then placed in an Alexis Jae box. If you would like to include a custom note, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate other requests, such as non branded packaging.
