Yes, there are. We can't take any returns on food, including honey, candy, lollipops and honey spoons; food grade products, including cookie cutters and honey dipper sticks; glass ornaments that can easily get damaged in return shipping.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 business day of receipt from the delivery carrier to report the damage. Any reports of damage beyond that time will not be able to be replaced or refunded.

Unfortunately, if the package is marked as delivered by the shipping company, we have to take that as proof of delivery, and we are not able to provide a refund or replacement item. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police and the post office so that they can track patterns of theft in your area.

Please contact us regarding all returns FIRST! Once you get approval to return the item, please make sure you include insurance on the return shipment. We can not give refunds for products damaged in return shipping. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will not provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns unless there was an error on our part.
Returns must be received back by us within 7 days of your original receipt of the order. For example, if you received the order on April 14, we would need to receive it back by April 21.
Please note, there are several items in our store that we can not take returns on, as noted above and in the product descriptions.

All packages should be claimed from the post office! If you have decided against the order but we have already shipped it to you, you need to claim the package and process a return through us.
If we send you your order and you don't claim it from the post office, the post office will hold it for a certain amount of time, then process a return to sender. Once we get it back, we will issue a refund for the package, minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. If the parcel is lost while in transit back to us, we will not be able to refund anything to the buyer; since the package wasn't claimed when it should have been, all responsibility for the loss is the customer's.
