Since our items are delivered digitally, I cannot undo a download delivery. It is also difficult to ascertain whether an item has been printed yet. Therefore, I cannot offer you refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, do contact me. I will try my best to resolve your dissatisfaction and keep you happy!

What if I have problems with my download?

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Printing Instructions are included in every digital delivery. If you do have problems with downloading, please see instructions first to resolve. Second, you may contact me at anytime send me a message here on Etsy or to the email address provided on the instruction sheet. I will do my best to keep you happy! 😀

Do you accept Custom Orders?

No. I currently do not accept custom orders. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I include printing instructions in each order. Select "Actual Size" in your printer settings. Do not "Scale" to any percentage of the page. This is usually the cause for page sizes not matching up to your planner.
