My tracking shows my package was delivered but I never received it.

Carriers sometimes pre-scan their packages to save on time during their route. If your package has been marked shipped and your shipping information was correct on your order, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be physically delivered to you. Here are a few other things you can do: • Check to see if anyone in your household picked up the package. • Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. • Make sure that the correct shipping address was provided on your order. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the care of USPS. If a package is delayed but still marked as in transit, refunds are not issued at that time. Shipping delays are common during holidays and peak season. If a package shows no movement for 30 days (domestic) or is officially marked as lost by USPS, I will happily offer a replacement or refund.
