Materials: Wood
This huge bowl is made from Norfolk Island pine rescued in Boynton Beach, Fla. It is very large -- 16.5” in diameter and 8.5” on its tiptoes. It has a food-safe finish of pure tung oil. As the bowl dried, some hairline cracks developed and these were embellished in black, creating a unique effect.
This bowl functions perfectly as a large salad serving bowl or a fruit bowl, or simply asa centerpiece decoration. It's gorgeous and has three cute little carved feet on its base.
This bowl comes with a tin of Wood Balm, a handmade mix of walnut oil and beeswax. Use this to restore the bowl's appearance and water resistance after several washings.

THRILLED with this gorgeous handcrafted bowl! This will be a family heirloom without question. With the slivers of opal, it was the perfect 24th wedding anniversary gift to my husband. He LOVES it. I appreciated the beautifully handwritten transcription of my message and the included special wax to keep it looking it's best!

This is a very beautiful tropical almond bowl. It is a species not very often seen on the internet. It has great grain pattern and color. Nicely crafted.
