How quickly do you ship?

We usually process orders between 1-3 business days. Custom orders can take longer. If you need an item sooner then the displayed delivery date please send us a message!

How fast is shipping?

Shipping times are as follows: US is 3-7 business days Canada is 3-7 business days International is 10-30 business days We can express orders! Please send us a message and we can quote you on the express charge. Let us know what you would like to order and the address for delivery. A phone number is also great to reach you faster!

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns on some items. Items must be new and in unused condition. There is a 20% restocking fee, shipping is non refundable and buyer pays return shipping. All duties/taxes/ and import charges will be paid by the buyer. Please note: A tracking number MUST be provided so we can track it and your package can take up to 14 business days before it is returned to us. Once returned, I will process the refund. My items arrived damaged! What should I do?!

We do our very best to make sure all of our orders are packed well in ecofriendly material depending on the order. Unfortunately as the package can travel up to thousands of miles to make it's way to you, there is always a possibility of it being mishandled along the way causing it to be damaged that we do not have control over. If the damaged please take a picture of the box and the item and we can submit a claim for you. Claims can take up to 14 days via the courier to be processed. We will let you know once we have an update!

Can you guarantee my order for my need by date?

Although we do our best to pack and ship your order, there is always a 5% chance of a courier delay. Unfortunately we don't have any control over it and the package may be delayed. But rest assured we pack and ship your order asap!

Will get get charged Customs/Duties for my order?!

In our experience most orders do not get charged duties/customs but all items may be subject to customs fees that you (The Buyer) might be asked to pay for. It is not our responsibility to pay these fees and it is entirely beyond our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs information before making an international purchase.

Why doesn't my natural item look exactly as pictured?

The beauty of natural items is that no two look exactly alike! This includes pampas, palm leaves, annahaws to name a few! The may vary slightly in colour, shape and size. If you are looking for something particular please send us a message and we can send you pictures of the item before shipping!
