No returns or exchanges accepted for personalised or made to order products. Only Returns accepted for ready-made products. If you have any problem with the item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please read the listing descriptions carefully as all item information is detailed in the listing. We ask that you communicate any specific requests via conversations during the ordering process. It is also your responsibility to accurately spell names and provide the correct dates and messages for any personalisation. We always do our best to accommodate all requests!

Can my order be shipped quickly?

For Personalised Balloons: All our Personalised balloons are posted 1-2 days before the required delivery date. Please make sure to add the date in the personalisation box. For Rose Bears: If you need a Rose Bear by a specific date, please send us a message. We will arrange next day guaranteed delivery for you (additional delivery charge will apply) For Other Products: Please check the upgrade option at the checkout for faster delivery.

Bubble/Personalised Balloons Delivery Information.

The balloon has a float time of approximately 1 week (best has been for over 4 weeks!), but this can vary hugely depending on how and where they are kept. Keeping it at room temperature will ensure it looks its best for the longest period of time. The text will start to wrinkle in 1-2 days of delivery. Please make sure to open the package within an hour of delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue. If the box arrived damaged, please take photos and send them to us immediately. We will need proof of any reported issues so we can deal with them accordingly.

Can I choose a specific delivery date for personalised balloons?

Yes, please add the required delivery date in the personalisation box and we will ship it 1-2 days before the required delivery date so it arrives on time. Please note: While we endeavour to honour Next Day Delivery, we are at the mercy of our couriers. Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions, COVID and other factors outside of our control. Orders will not be refunded for any delays caused by the courier.

Can I cancel my order?

We make and pack all orders within 2 hours of order confirmation. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to cancel the order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel any order if it's being made or shipping label has been printed.
