Lightweight aluminum gauged tunnel earrings. In silver colour. Hand-forged, rustic, raw. These are simple infinity hoops from small to large. Made to order, at my studio at home in Amsterdam. I hammered the hoops out of aluminum, sanded the ends smooth and polished them up. These earweight hoops are only suitable for stretched and healed piercings. Either straight through the piercing depending on skin sensitivity, but also look awesome through a tunnel. Open and close these sideways, otherwise you will distort the circle shape, forever. See the photos for an example. These earrings are semi-permanent: from opening and closing the aluminum will "work harden"; gradually get stiffer. Open these no more than needed to put them on. So if you want to be able to change earrings often for work or sports, these are not for you. As an alternative I can offer you the ones with a larger opening, covered by a spiral closure.
Although work hardened by tumbler and polishing, Aluminum is soft. Protect it from bending, transport in a sturdy box or tin, not in your pockets or bag.
These are light! A large 6g (4mm) hoop weighs 6 grams. 8g(3mm) weighs 4 grams for the same size.

CARE FOR JEWELRY
To keep your jewelry looking its best, do not wear them while showering or swimming. Keep it away from cosmetic products and perfumes. Do not wear while sleeping or exercising.
