WHAT ARE CUPS AND FLATS?
CUPS: or bowls, are the bottom half of the oyster shell with it's edges rounded upward, resembling a cup or bowl shape.
FLATS: or lids, are the top half of the oyster shells and typically lays mostly flat.

EACH AND EVERY OYSTER SHELL HAS BEEN HAND-SHUCKED, CLEANED TO PERFECTION SAFELY & CAREFULLY, AND THOROUGHLY DRIED BY THE BEAUTIFUL FLORIDA SUNSHINE. The methods that we use do not alter the shell in any way whatsoever. Please be assured that you will be receiving all-natural, restaurant-grade oyster shells from up and down the EAST and GULF COASTS :) Each beautiful shell is unique in size, shape, texture and color- Giving every single customer a ONE-OF-A-KIND EXPERIENCE!!
