Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on vintage items. I do my best to examine each item as thoroughly as possible and represent the quality and condition fully in the description. However, I am only human and there is potential that I may miss something in the process. If you think you see something in a photo that is not described or have any questions about the condition of the item please message me and we can discuss the matter. If you have a problem with your order or feel the item has been misrepresented, please send a message as soon as your garment arrives. Messages must be sent within 14 days of receiving your item. I am unable to accept returns or issue any refunds once an item has been worn.

If you have any questions at all or are looking for tips on how to clean, maintain, and care for your item please do not hesitate to contact me. All of these items should be handed with care, but some more so than others. Typically, the older an item is the more careful you should be, but the condition of each item is unique and may require special attention. I do my best to note all of this for every listing, so make sure to read the description fully, but feel free to reach out if you are confused or looking for advice on the matter! Remember, vintage clothes are rarely the sort you can toss into the washing machine with the rest of your clothes, so be prepared to give them the care they require before you purchase.
